Our apartment is around 35 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. The entrance to La Quinta is directly off the motorway making access to other Spanish cities easy. The massive La Canada shopping centre in Marbella, and Marbella itself are about a ten minute drive away. As for our apartment, there are fabulous views to the sea from two large sun terraces which face south and west so you will get the sun all day. We have high quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences you could wish for. The large lounge dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are extremely light and airy. The air conditioning will keep you cool in summer. Our community is gated and our apartment is just a few steps from the communal pool and separate children’s pool. You will also have access to all the other amenities of La Quinta including 27 hole golf course, 5* star hotel facilities and all at discounted rates. The unique design of the apartment means that it is accessed level with the road, but is also on the top two floors, so you do not have to manoeuvre stairs to gain access.
